I help women understand and change the patterns that keep them stuck — so they can live with more clarity, alignment, and emotional freedom.

Hi, I’m Chelsea.

I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for counseling can feel uncomfortable, and even being on this page is a meaningful first step.

I primarily work with women who are thoughtful, capable, and often hard on themselves — women who are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and minimizing their own needs, even when something inside feels stuck, heavy, or disconnected.

My goal is to create a warm, empathetic, and growth-oriented space where you feel deeply seen and understood. Therapy works best in the context of a strong relationship, and I prioritize building trust and safety so we can gently explore the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing.

Many of the women I work with struggle with cycles of self-criticism, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty trusting their body and inner voice. Together, we look at how these patterns formed, what they’ve been trying to protect, and what no longer serves you. From there, we build practical and emotional tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.

I especially enjoy helping women strengthen boundaries, increase emotional awareness, work through relational patterns, navigate life transitions, and develop a more compassionate and grounded relationship with themselves and their bodies.

My approach integrates evidence-based methods including EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I tailor the work to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

I also have advanced training in disordered eating, body image concerns, and chronic dieting patterns. This work often overlaps with shame, trauma, anxiety, and identity — and we address these areas together when relevant.
