Counseling for you.

Individual Counseling

Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable, and often hard on themselves. You may be used to holding things together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or self-critical inside.

We work together to understand patterns around relationships, boundaries, identity, body trust, and emotional wellbeing — and build new ways of responding that feel more aligned and sustainable.

Common focuses include: anxiety, self-criticism, life transitions, boundaries, identity, and emotional overwhelm.

Counseling for disordered eating & body image.

If your relationship with food or your body feels stressful, controlling, or shame-filled, you’re not alone — and you don’t need to have a formal eating disorder diagnosis to seek support.

I have advanced training in disordered eating, binge eating, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. Our work focuses on reducing shame, understanding underlying drivers, and building a more stable, compassionate relationship with food and your body.

This work often overlaps with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and self-worth.

Counseling for Healthcare & Helping Professionals

When you spend your days caring for others, it’s easy to minimize your own needs and push through stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue. Many helping professionals struggle quietly with perfectionism, responsibility, and value misalignment.

Therapy offers a confidential space where you don’t have to be “the strong one.” We focus on burnout recovery, boundaries, emotional processing, and reconnecting with your values and wellbeing.
